Eye Opening
Loved this book! If you're wondering why police reform has been so hard to accomplish in New York City and around our country you will find out in this book. The depth of information is incredible. The story it tells is one of futile attempts to improve our policing process due to the strength of the police unions. Many administrations have tried and failed to solve the long running issues within the NYPD and there appears to be no light at the end of this tunnel.
