Worth listening to
One of the big takeaways was that you don't need to risk everything to become an entrepreneur. in fact the author warns against this by advising you to keep your day job while starting your business.

Useful advice, easily found elsewhere
A decent book that is a bit too high on tactic. There is a place for such books, but often this feels like a sales funnel for future consulting work by the author.
