Finally a weight loss plan that works

I am like so many others; I have tried pretty much everything to lose weight and keep it off. Those processes did not work for me, but when I found this book, I knew I found a home run. This book has over 10 hours of great information to offer. I thoroughly enjoyed the hypnosis listening and just letting my mind wander. The book, although big, is easily manageable. I have already seen a difference in how my clothes fit, but more importantly, I have seen a change in how I see myself. I have so much more confidence about who I am. Great book; I would highly recommend.
