It was good

I don't know why but I just couldn't get into the story like that. It wasn't a bad story it just wasn't my cup of tea. I absolutely loved Ken I think he is a great guy I found Charlie to be really immature for my taste. I think it is a cute love story if that is your type of thing. But it just wasn't for me.

The story blends comedy, emotional depth, and spicy romance, which kept me listening non-stop. While this is book #4 in the Ice Kings series, it totally works as a standalone.

Right from the start, I loved the chaotic Vegas wedding setup and the slow unraveling of Charlie and Ken’s chemistry. It’s lighthearted, but the emotional baggage they both carry adds a satisfying weight to the story.

Favorite Moment: The night on the town in Vegas where Charlie and Ken accidentally bond over karaoke and street food before things spiral out of control. This scene had me grinning like a fool—it perfectly sets the stage for the chaos to come.

This story delivers all the drama, humor, and heartfelt moments I love in a romance. If you enjoy second chances, sizzling chemistry, and a bit of chaos, The Pucking Fake Marriage is worth adding to your TBR or audiobook queue!

Sweet enemies to lovers romance

Charlie and Ken's story is fun, emotional, sweet, and heartwarming. They are both interesting characters. Their story is filled with drama, secrets, miscommunication, and twists and turns. Down but not out,lol!

This story is so relatable to anyone down on their luck. But she does things I would only think about and not accutually do. Hockey is a background to the story.

great story

I absolutely love this story. So many heartwarming moments and heart wrenching moments as well. After finding out her boyfriend twin brother Ken is in love with her, Charlie trips and breaks her ankle ruining her chance as a ballerina. Ken goes on to become a famous Hockey player and Charlie is a co-owner of a restaurant. After a "chance" meeting Ken and Charlie spend the night on the town and end up married for real only problem is Ken has no memory of what happened.

What happens in Vegas doesn't stay in Vegas

This is book 4 of The Ice Kings and a standalone story. This story is full of pain from both of the main characters. Two individuals that grew up together. Charlie was dating Ken's twin as teenagers when an accident occurred putting an end to Charlie's dream of being a ballerina. Now ten years later Charlie and Ken meet in Las Vegas and the fun begins. The author is a wonderful storyteller, and her characters took on a life of their own. I enjoyed this story from beginning to end.

Ken and Charlie

A story of childhood friends, turn enemy, turn lovers. Charlie was a talented dancer. She was dating her neighbor, who was also a dancer. Ken, the neighbors twin brother, is into hockey. Both Charlie and Ken are the misunderstood/black sheep of their families, while the slimy brother is the golden boy. An accident happens, and loses Charlie the option to professionally dance ever again. Life goes on. The story really gets interesting in how Charlie and Ken end up getting together, and staying together. There are plenty of twists and turns. I did not want to put the book down. Once I got to the end, I still wanted more. I received a free copy of the audiobook, and am voluntarily leaving my review.

Decade Long Misunderstanding

Shane Martinez narrated this story with pefection. The emotional pain and anger was performed with such intensity and finesse that I almost felt it was watching it happen. It was a fantastic listen.

Pucking good time!

Charlotte and Ken's friendship turned disaster turned romance is a whirlwind of emotions. To hold onto that much hurt for so long only to find out it was all a miscommunication is insane. But they finally get it together and I love that for them. Great story!.
