Bo Hawes finds himself in the impossible predicament of choosing between the love of his life and the life he loves. What started as a simple camping trip with his family in his youth, turns into dramatic chaos, absolute terror, and the greatest love of his life. Or he thought?
The occurrences of a few nights in the mountains of North Carolina started as a love story for the ages; ended in murder and mayhem. Bo finds the person that destiny has identified as his soulmate named Binki. But Binki has baggage! Bo's sheltered life gets a real-world jolt as he is introduced to a world that includes abuse, alcohol, and drugs that ends in murder and mayhem.
This family vacation has Bo wondering ten years later if he is the man he is supposed to be. He is filled with self-doubt and lacks direction in every aspect of his life. Obstacles are continuously thrown in Bo's direction, hindering him from ever finding the harmony in his life he so desperately seeks. There are scars that can't be removed. Questions that can't be answered. And a love that can't be matched.
The kindness of a nurse and a local pastor work tirelessly to save him. Eventually, the nurse and the pastor must decide if he is he even worth saving. Or if he even wants to be saved because Bo is so lost in the pain of yesterday, that he can't see the promise of tomorrow.
