As a Senior PM this is great listen
Full of great reminders for leadership on PM teams. I enjoyed the quality of the audio, it’s not long and daunting or full of jargon. It’s comprehensive and common sense ideas that leaders need to be regularly reminded of and a great listen for refocusing.
