Good information!

As I permanently work from home since COVID, I always have back pain due to my sedentary life style.

I followed different YT videos, but they did not help much! I found useful information in this audiobook and I enjoyed learning about the three part approach; it helped me to understand the science behind posture problems.
What I love the most is how it is not one size fits all. The personalized plan helped me to target my own specific issues.

The recommendations in this book clicked for me in a way that other advice on posture hasn't in the past. It's all broken down in a straightforward way that keeps it simple. The straightforward three-part plan of stretching, strengthening, and mobility exercises was easy to follow, and the layout helped me understand the problems with my posture and what I should focus on.
