Crime is out of control, bad things are happening by the minute, and nobody seems to be doing anything about it, that is until a man in black shows up. Yet, the mayor refuses to allow anyone to become judge, jury, and executioner, so he calls on the FBI for assistance. Immediately, the director of this powerful organization sends his hand-picked new recruit, a beautiful 25 year old that graduated at the top of her class. Agent Brooke Carson’s first assignment: solve the mystery behind the illusive creature and bring him to justice.
