not very deep
The greater part consists of readings from a book written in 1910 by a Christian writer. If you are a Christian this may appeal to you, but if you would like a Pure Land Buddhist-eye-view, you may like to choose something else. Notwithstanding, out of body travel sounds like a lot of fun to me.
