Great resource

I really got a lot out of this book. Abraham does a wonderful job of covering many important aspects of communication from small talk to the deep conversations. My daughter (and many of her generation) absolutely hate small talk. Books like this are a great gift for a graduate or young adult to help hone these skills. My favorite part was the tips on public speaking.
