Great story takes you away.

I love the whole fantasy of fae,witches,druid and how they are made to be seen more benevolent than other books.

that would just some up the book. definitely my favourite series. worth 100% after previous series I feel so much kore content with the main female lead character. I loved how the story unraveled slowly and some scenes damn 🥵

another good book

not a graphic Audio book, but still good. wish the author didn't use God's name in vain so much

A joy to listen to

I always get excited when is see a new book from Annette Marie! Although I do wish this was from the perspective of the Crystal Druid, Saber was an interesting character and I’m excited to learn more about her. My favorite thing about the universe the books take place in is that the stories all tie together and I enjoy seeing familiar faces and seeing events from different perspectives though this one seems more removed from the others.

Great beginning

Honestly I wasn't going to start this spin off of the series, because I didn't like Zak's familiar, Lullikia. I'm so glad I did though. This is starting off as the best so far!

everything awesome except the ending

does this mean that there will be a sequel? the ending to this book is unexpected but also frustrating. it kind of like watching a movie after you are just about to finish it and the vcr eats the vhs. Or watching a TV series and the last episode that explains everything is never made because it got canceled. because of that I can't give it full marks. all I can do is say grrr.

Excellent world-building and storyline.

Wow The One and Only Crystal Druid swept my off my feet in a whirlwind ride of magic and debauchery! So much mystery around the Crystal Druid and his powers and my oh my who is Sabre really???? Hmmm can’t wait to find out. This book is everything I could want in a new series! Can’t wait to listen to the rest of the books hands down absolutely fantastic! I would definitely give it more stars if possible! I most definitely recommend it! Great narrator really brings it to life.

A promising start to a series

The crystal druid in this book originally appeared in another series by the same author, and that character, Zak, was so intriguing, I am excited that she has given him his own series. Best first book in the series promises good things! This book also has other characters from that first series that I read, which started with 3 Mages and a Margarita, and involves a fun twist of magic with fun characters and good stories.

UGH!!!

I absolutely love the Guild Codex stories, they are my favorite and I've read all the books several times over. I love Annette Marie! She's amazing at building this world and very consistent throughout all the books.
This book was no different. It's amazing and captivating and I plowed through it; devouring it in a single day!! It has a little different feeling to it but I still very much enjoyed this book.
No spoilers but damn!!! Why did she have to leave me hanging like this at the end!!!! I'm dying!!!
