Enjoyable

Performed well, the reader was enjoyable and not annoying. Decent story. I slow the playing speed a bit so I don’t feel like I’m stressing to hear every word.

Loved it!

Well written and thoughtful story about the complications of marriage and friendships. The narrator made the story come to life- excellent!

Good listen

Good story. I was troubled by the offense caused by a very short hook-up that had occurred the summer after high-school graduation AFTER both teens had broken up and gone their separate ways briefly. Give the guy a break, drama queen. Kind of stuff for daytimetalk shows (w/o the foul language).

Love story filled with twists and turns that captures your heartstrings. Unexpected situations and tender solutions to circumstances that could happen to anyone. I love this book.

Riveting!

I loved this book. It’s “real talk” about a very real marriage and the (extreme and not so extreme) bump and rides which naturally comes with marriage. I also loved Edie’s professional pursuits and the individual growth of all the characters. Read it!

When I'm reading or listening to a book I can imagine myself being able to feel what the characters are going through. I hope this book was made into a movie! Thank you Lauren K. Denton and thank you to the narrator Caroline Hewitt.

Great storyline!

Interesting story like I have never read before! I felt it ended rather abruptly but am thinking maybe it could continue in another book!

I enjoy the journey of Mac and Edie 's life. It was rollcoast ride and things seem to come a part for them. End, They realized that marriage life is not easy and unfailing love each other.
