A secret way into another world in another dimension. A land called Madragora by those who lived there, where elves, sprites and fairies live alongside mortals. It went on for more than five hundred years, always involving that same stretch of road with a cottage at the end of it where three sisters, local people believe to be witches, lived.
The latest of these aspirants has already opposed her as an apprentice magician who had turned himself into a talking cat, kidnapped by a group of gypsies able to crash through the barriers of time with the people they have kidnapped on the way, with the intention of selling them as slaves when they reach their destination.
He swore when he got back to this own time and place, that he would return to Madragora to deal with the sorceress once and for all.
