A victim of obligation, Gabrielle spends her days slogging away in a dead-end job, fending off the unwanted advances of her manager. At night, she spoon-feeds memories to her mother, a resident at an assisted-living facility, which specializes in dementia.

The only high-point in her life is Luciano, the grandson of another patient. When his grandmother passes away, Luciano bequeaths Gabrielle an antique music box, which plays a hauntingly familiar tune, her mother’s favorite song.

However, the music box hides a dark secret, one which could rip apart the budding relationship. Once the truth is revealed, Gabrielle must decide what she is willing to sacrifice for love.

Amazing MUST READ!!!

I loved this romance between Gabrielle and Luciano. This tale of the the music box and the secret behind it makes a wonderful story. I loved reading this from beginning to end. I'm happy that Gabrielle found her silver lining in Luciano through the very difficult time with her mother. This story just gave me an overall happy and contented feeling and made it so easy to read and get lost into this wonderful world.

Aiden did a wonderful job narrating a story I already loved. His voice was sweet and raspy and made the story sexier.

A great Fairytale

Started out a little slow but it was a great story to listen to. after a while, the narrators accent gave the story some character of it's own. with the end (without giving anything away) I was anticipating something else could happen with the two new people..... maybe something could. I'll have to watch for it. otherwise, a great story with an HEA

The Music Box

I love this story, it reminds me of the Princess and the frog and Beauty and the Beast with a twist. This music box spreads love and joy, but when the beloved song is heard being played by Gabriella. Luciano ends up falling for her and ends up defending her honor. As for Gabriella after finding out the secret of the music box, she’s at a standstill until Luciano decides for her leaving her boss dancing to the tunes in the end.

Love through Magic

This story had an unexpected turn and kept me engaged till the end. Trying to figure out if Luciano and Gabrielle would find a happily ever after or would they stay in limbo made me want to get to the end.

True love is always a little magicp

I love the direction this story takes. The magic is cleverly interwoven throughout and the ending is a surprise, but very satisfying. I love magical realism because it seems it could really happen.
My only suggestion is to take a little more time when Luciano and Gabrielle finally get together.....that's the best part! 😉 Draw it out so your readers can drown in it.
The reader sounds just like Michael Caine! Is it possible?
I enjoyed this very much and can easily recommend it.
