Jaron and Bren are a pair of roguish adventurers only hoping for one big score. Unfortunately, things never work out that easy. Whether facing packs of hungry goblins, armies of marauding orcs, malevolent cults, or even the mythical Galackin, the odds always seem to be stacked against this intrepid duo.
This is a collection of 10 fantasy flash fiction stories, each with a comedic bent. Fans of the Discworld will enjoy the situational humor, while lovers of traditional fantasy will enjoy seeing common fantasy tropes in a different light. Several guest authors joined JM Williams to fill out this collection with their unique take on the characters.

Cute and Quirky
I enjoyed this short funny book about a pair of friends who travel in a fantasy land of talking frogs, or sell and magical creatures. James Plante had hilarious voices for the creatures and characters making me chuckle. It is worth listening.

fellowship and humor
I enjoyed this short anthology. the episodes are fun and funny and just what I needed with everything going on in the world to take my mind off it. The performance was perfect. James brought every character to life and loved everything about his delivery and acting. the only thing that bugged me was the exposition/info dumps in between the later stories. I wanted to read those stories. they should have been included. that would have made this a 5 star collection. since they weren't, I had to deduct a star for it. some of the later stories were hard to get into because you're missing the story before it and the info dumps take you out of the magical spell James' narration weaves. those episodes should and could have been longer to show us what we need instead of telling us. it really pulls you out of what was a delightful experience. overall, I highly recommend this collection. it's a solid 4.5 star listen.
