This is a story worth hearing all this time.

Mr. Higgins story was very interesting to listen to. His angle is very intuitive and knowledgeable intelligent and very important to the historical aspect of how the government worked during the Iraq war especially in dealing with the Islamic people. I always knew That there was an Islamic influence in the White House. It’s very obvious on how sympathetic they are two that would shame. Thank you Mr. Higgins for writing your story and I hope that you are doing well in your life and be careful. Good luck!

Great book

This book is unbelievable. I wish Rich Higgins had lived to write a follow up. This book was written by someone with first hand knowledge of the deep state.

Timely

I used to roll my eyes at references to the “deep state”. Whether we call it the Administrative State or the Deep State, there is no doubt in my mind that it’s the driving force in our government today. This book is interesting and very insightful in many respects.

The narration was superb!

The Deep State exposed

Rich Higgins did a masterful job writing this book. his experience, training, and observations are key to what we learned within this great work of our era.

I am not new to the wiles of the deep state, but I learned a great deal more about how they operate and target their opposition, us. This is a must read book. in fact, I will buy the hard copy just to have his words and wisdom for reference in the near future.

This is a great read especially in light of post-Trump presidency and what occurred since Biden was selected.

How MAGA lost the opening rounds

My time with Trump was roughly coterminous in the period Higgins writes. He captures those frustrations perfectly. Previously, I worked on some of the same things Rich worked on and knew him by name and reputation. He has got the theme of those days well summarized.

His discourse on Bolton is miles off target and is recycled rhetoric of the collective wounded pride of sophomoric inner circle. Overall though, this recounting of events makes this book is worth a listen for the experiential progression of revelation. It is a coming of age caution to a patriotic movement told by one its best intended watchman turned casualty.

Wish it was longer!!
