Wowed Me

My favorite Francine Rivers in a long time. Very cool concept, great hook, especially knowing how she delivers. I've been trying to read faith based books during Lent this year, so glad I caught this one.

What happens when an ex-gang member, closet graphic building tagger, now a high profile artist, hires a modest young woman, who has made a few mistakes in her life and who is a Christian, to be his assistant?

This was one of the best books I have ever read or listened to. It was right up there with Redeeming Love.

This is by far my favorite book so far of Francine Rivers. I will be purchasing the book.

Such a beautiful story. Praise God for the way He works in our lives.

Of course this is a beautifully written story about our ugly past. How we all have skeletons on our closets, some worse then others. How some of us try to do it on our own and even have a very successful life only to realize something is still missing. A beautiful young woman enters Roman’s life. He truly believes she is the answer until something devastating happens to him and he finds Jesus. The Lord works in strange ways but if we open our eyes we will see.

Disappointed

I thought there was going to be a twist toward the end but, there wasn’t. The book was very predictable.

I loved everything about this audiobook. Francine Rivers is an exquisite author, definitely anointed by God to write. The storyline of this book was so captivating and beautifully written. I listened for hours at a time... better than binge-watching Netflix! I also thoroughly enjoyed Susan Bennett’s narration. She is a very talented narrator. It is not easy changing one’s voice to make different characters. Her interpretation put a smile on my face. I HIGHLY recommend this book.

One of the best stories ever!

This is my third time listening to this book. It’s phenomenal. The narrator is so awesome and the story is so inspirational and encouraging. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Not what I expected ~ but very enjoyable

It was not what I expected ~ but very enjoyable, there were religious undertones that I didn’t see coming ... I’m not a highly Christian person but enough so that I enjoyed the story.
