For anyone who has read any of the Seth books by Roberts, this book gives fascinating insights into novel new ways to understand the world and humanity's place in it. Our creativity may be unlimited.

Least favorite

Very little material from Seth, mostly personal accounts of Robert and Jane. Save it for last Id say

Some of my favorite personal growth material of all time, and so much easier to listen to than the few original recordings of Seth that are out there. Please keep these coming!

Ok review people third times a charm. Don't know what th want as far as a headline don't care if I misspell a y of my words I really enjoy these books

A great look at how we live our lives

Once more I see a lot here which others have taken and expanded upon. I see where Mike Dooley gets a lot of his inspiration for the Notes From the Universe. From the start of the book Seth looks at how we use our energy and how to use it better. Seth talked about how we are put on an assembly line in regards to our thoughts, emotions, and how we live our lives from the day we're born until either we leave it or die. Then he goes through how we can change how we can see reality which will in turn change our lives. These are a series of short talks delivered by Seth through Jane Roberts covering all area's of our lives. I found them enlightening and I rather quite enjoyed them. I am sure others readers will as well!

Easy to listen to as it is read by actors. Great information showing how easy, self realization, creativity, and good health is to achieve. Cuts through so much delusion and unreality. I found myself relistening to this a lot. Always a fan of this group since way back. Anything they have produced is well worth the read or listen. There are recordings of the original channelings elsewhere as well.

The good and bad.
The good is that its oure gold. Ive been a seeker and read spiritual boojs for 60 yrs. This gives tge best of information. It was written years ago and just as relevant today with the Trump fiasco. The badus that the husband feels like he should talk more than necessary. Its a small price to pay and the forward button is available. Important book.
