I loved this book! Passport Cutty had so many stories to tell. The way she narrates her book, she makes it easy to understand, and when she starts explaining something serious..you'll know to listen up. She switches up her tone so it's not boring in any way. I wasn't expecting it to be either. I follow her on Instagram so I was already expecting to like it.

So,
I’ve been following cutty for a long long time. On all social media platforms. It took me a while to get to the book. But I finally got the audible version. I loved the stories. I feel like we’ve all got stories that are memorable and taught us lessons.

I wish there was more to it though. That’s my only thing. It was over too quick for me.

All in all, I loved it. And I need a part 2 or something

Dont Judge This Book By Its Cover

I can't lie...before reading this book I was a little skeptical. It was on my que list of interesting books to read and I finally got to it. In my mind I was thinking," what can this young lady teach me, a 40 something year old woman"? Well, this book actually taught me a lot and enlightened me on some things. I really wish that I had this book when I was in my 20s. I wasted so much of my youth just giving giving giving and never getting, wasting my time being the over independent black woman that dont need no man and having nothing to show for it. Like the author; who was so reluctant and scared to start her business, I was the same way. I always wanted to have my own restaurant, but I didn't start my catering business until I was forty out of fear. But I guess you're never too old to start your dreams.I also love all the information regarding finances.There were some things that I didn't even think about. I have been following Cutty since the twitter years and I am very proud. This was an amazing read and I'm glad I finally got to read it, or listen rather.

I loved the juicy stories in the beginning, and appreciated the advice that came after. You can tell Cutty had a point in writing this book and it was well received. Now we can take what we want from it and implement it into our lives. She is NOT pushing prostitution or gold digging in this book. Thank you PassportCutty for a great read!
