a bit too repetitive but makes valuable points. chapters 8 and 9 are the most important.

book runs very Short about organizational behaviou

the book explains only the emotional part of teams. there's much more to have a team working properly then what is explained in this book. this is more like this is the way I would help you with your organizational challenge rather than a comprehensive approach to management.
