This book has everything, deep character arcs, fantastical environments, love, deceit, and spirits. Narration was perfection. 100/10!

So good, worth a second and third listen

I was so sad when this book ended. I was looking forward to the next book just to realize it isn’t out yet. Le sigh. I would really like to listen to it again, it took me a bit to get into the story and also how everything came together at the end, definitely going to read it again before the next one comes out.

Extremely Nuanced

It is beautiful and healed a part of me that desperately needed an uncolonized story. A little too much showing at times, but the world building is top-notch so it gets a pass. I would highly recommend!!

It was such an interesting story. It moved along so fast and I was sad when it was finished. Praying for a 2nd book...or better yet a series!

I have very mixed feelings about this book. I think the narrators were reading too fast, because of this points of the story were missing.
Then I don’t know if that was it but the story was confusing. I read it all but the end left me very confused and perhaps a little disappointed
