Easy to listen to and fallow, not overly flooded with jargon and complected facts that would require additional research just to keep up.

Wow one of the greatest non fiction books ever written. I just wish I could change the ending. Everyone knows how it ends the Towers go down but the author makes you feel the pain all over again and somehow manages to personalize the people to such an extent you will never forget them. One of the greatest books ever written. Please read or listen or both. Lest we forget.

An excellent history of the anti-American movement in the Middle East

The book traces Islamic fundamentalist anti-Americanism going back to the 1940s and more recently gives a clear picture of many of the main participants in 911 as well as the problems the CIA and the FBI had in stopping it

Impeccable historical review of 9/11

Very detailed and informative account of the events and key people on both sides that led up to 9/11.

A perfect telling

This is one of the greatest tellings of any “story” I’ve ever read. If you want a cogent non-forced narrative that is so subtle you’ll wonder how any else writes non-fiction, this is your book.
