I enjoyed this read. It reinforced what I know I should be doing all the time. Even though my remote leading is through 2 sites the values and behaviors in this book are timeless.

remote leading book before COVID
very insightful book for a time before COVID had every office working from home. love how every chapter ends with actionable items. I bookmarked them all while listening to come back to. funny to hear about technology when so many of those are
