The lack of overdone sex I usually have to fast forward through!

While a little cliche in the story, it was refreshing and moved along at a good pace. The background of characters were evident in their perception and action.
Christian/ religious based was so perfectly done. The message to me was clear, ask and ye shall receive. But I’m sure there will be different messages for other readers. Highly recommend.

THE LADY AND THE MOUNTAIN MAN

This is the first book in this series. Leah has to leave home so she goes out West as a mail order bride. When she gets there her future husband has been killed. The storyline is interesting from there on. His brother is there and not happy that she is. The rest of the story is about them. There is a lot of things happening. Gideon falls for her but wont let a relationship start. She is the same. She ends up leaving and gets in trouble. Gideon has to save her. This is more action than usual , The rescue is great. This is a very interesting book. I think this is going to be a good series. This was a good book. Leonor Woodworth did a good job narrating this book. I really enjoyed this book. I loved the way the main character’s faith was interwoven throughout the story. It felt natural and believable. It kept my interest and I was never bored. The author does a good job painting a picture with her descriptive language. I will purchase the next book in the series.
