The Bland Wedding
I turned to my husband and asked “Is this as boring as I think?” He confessed that, looking at the book cover, the title was “The Bland Wedding”. I told him I’d keep reading because this series tends to get complicated and more interesting later in the book. Things didn’t. All the stuff that would be interesting happens outside of the book. The author probably had a contract to finish. She obviously wasn’t interested in the characters OR the plot.
