Intriguing ghost story with a devilish twist! Ms. Henslee’s narration grabs you from the first moment. Well done!

A Ghostly Warning

The House on Dead Man's Curve is not to be taken lightly or as a joke as a team of paranormal investigators soon find out. The saying is "Be careful what you ask for because you just might get it" truly applies to this book. I truly enjoyed listening to this book it was suspenseful, entertaining, and full of twists and turns with an ending I did not see coming.
Barbara Henslee did an excellent job bringing the characters and story to life. I highly recommend this book it is not super scary, but the paranormal twist is worth it. I received this book for free upon my request. I am leaving this review that is honest and unbiased of my own free will.

Scary good!

The House on Dead Man’s Curve is a great ghost story. Two paranormal investigators are spending a week at a haunted house. There are a lot of unexpected events that kept me on edge until the end. I couldn’t stop listening and stayed up well beyond bedtime to finish the book. Then I was afraid I’d have nightmares! The story is well written and the characters seem real. The narration by Barbara Henslee was excellent. She brought the characters and spooky story to life. I received a free audiobook code for my honest review.

A suspenseful modern ghost story.

No time is wasted before things start to get strange. The author flushes out details nicely; leaving the reader with plenty to think about. I enjoyed the legnth of the tale. The "what's gonna happen next-next"; was right in bingable range to reach the end. The narrator did a splendid job bringing to life the author's words. In sum, grab this title, definitely worth a road-trip. :)

what a great read, edge of your seat

This was a really good book. Not my normal read but would definitely listen to more from this author. I was left sitting on the edge of my seat waiting for the next twist and turn. I was not expecting the ending.

This was a really good book.I liked the characters.The ghosthunters get more than they imagine at this haunted house. Narration by Barbara Henslee was very well done.I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Good and scary

This was a real creeper. The kind you don't want to keep listening to , but you can't press pause either. It was suspenseful right to the last word. It had my heart racing in a few places and my stomach dropped to my feet a few times. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest opinion. The narrator did a great job bringing it to life.

Suspenseful and thrilling

This book had me on the edge of my seat, and I never knew what was going to happen next. I highly recommend this book if you are a reader of paranormal phenomena. Excited to hear more from the author!

Great ‘Scary’ Read

Really enjoyed this take on the dead man’s curve urban legend. Great twists and turns and was surprised by the ending.

The narrator did a wonderful job voicing the characters and their personalities!
