Oh my! this British comedy is absolutely crazy. I kept listening to see what other trouble Collin can get himself into. He didn't fail to deliver and took most of the village with him.



The narration was well done. The characters were excellently portrayed.

I was gifted this audio book from the author with the understanding that I would give an honest review. That said I normally don't read this type of book but I do love British TV comedy. Well I really enjoyed this audio book it was fun and different. A very interesting story line. I found my self laughing out loud and smiling through out the book. I would recommend this book just be careful if you listen to it in public :)

Funny and engaging

I really enjoyed listening to this audiobook - especially the British humor. I usually listen to mysteries and adventures so this book had that nice touch of zaniness that had me laughing and going back to listen again. Very fun book when you need a break and want a few laughs.

Would you consider the audio edition of The Hole Opportunity to be better than the print version?

I never read the printed version, but I laughed all the way through the audiobook. "I'm a HOLE farmer!!"

Who was your favorite character and why?

Collin was my favorite character because of his ideas. They were so out there and you just knew they were going to go wrong....somehow...

Have you listened to any of Pete Nottage’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

This is the first time I have listened to this reader. He did a good job since I could tell everyone apart, which for me is what a good reader does. :-)

Ludicrous event after ludicrous event will have you rolling

Great story. Continue from crazy action to crazy action. A cast of odd yet hilarious characters. British ladies, scarecrows, majors, bank managers, farmers, police, news reporters, scandal, holes, black mail and more. Loved it from start to finish. Kept me well entertained. The narrator dos a wonderful job conveying the insanity.
