love the idea of this method can't wait to try it
Great easy read. insightful. if you're I to affirmations I think it's a clever new method to try. I like how each topic in life is separated in the book and includes afformations for that topic. made it easy to read and take notes for areas I'd like to focus on. well done!

Mind blowing. My logical brain did see it coming
