Many factors are out there to impact that intrinsic and extrinsic factors. The pandemic have changed the landscape, dynamics, and pricing points from corporate offices, beach houses, and mortgage rates.
The housing boom in second half of 2020 is highest since 2008 downturn with interest rates close to zero and social distancing. It is a complex situation and will continue to evolve across the world for decades.
