Appreciated all the current data around porn use, it’s negative impacts and the number of people addicted. Also appreciate the steps to break free of the addiction. I especially liked that science, psychology and scripture were used in harmony to develop the steps to freedom.

What an insightful book. I’ve listened to this audio book twice and am considering it for a third time. I also purchase the book to reference while listening. A wealth of information.

I believe everyone should read this. It’s not only informative on how porn affects people spiritually, but emotionally, scientifically and socially. It is a must read for everyone because everyday we meet people who could be affected with porn addiction. Porn addiction is stealing the standard of purity and perverting our children who will eventually become adults with a lack of self control that can be detrimental to people’s brain functions and there relationships.

There is no doubt that pornography is a growing struggle for so many. This book gives very practical advice on how to beat it and insight into why it’s so dangerous. Highly recommend!!!
