Delightfully surprising

This was a truly delightful story that is a wonderful remake of Sleeping Beauty. It is also a true Regency romance as well as a mystery with some very unexpected twists in the ending.

Tansy and Marcus are both characters who captured my heart early on in the story. However, there are many other delightful and intriguing characters…mostly good but a few questionable that absolutely had depths and character to the story.

The narration of the audiobook was also very well done. I highly recommend this one.

Unique storyline

I really enjoyed this book! I’ve listened to it twice now. I like the aunts and Marcus and Tansy. Lots of plot twists! I do get confused about all of the sisters with flower names though. Their history gets muddled for me every time. lol! All in all, a great listen and I love the author!! Her books are so good!

Loved this one!

Probably one of my new favorites of the regency romance genre! I really loved the growing chemistry between the main characters and enjoyed the slow burn of the mystery portion of the storyline. Noah Wall is always a perfect narrator as well. Definitely buy!

I absolutely fell in love with the characters. She is one of my favorite authors.

Clean Regency Romance

A sweet rendition of Sleeping Beauty. Plenty of twists and turns and pleasant surprises.

Probably one of the best and most unique storylines in the Regency genre. I loved it. Not set in the typical London season (thankfully), Ms. Walker weaves us through unexpected plot twists, clever intrigues, fairies, dreams, and intricate webs of buried family secrets…. And ties it all up so well in the end. Narrator Noah Wall has the perfect intonations of each character voice without trying too hard or making it sound corny. Very much enjoyed this one and left wanting more.

The story is mesmerizing!

I loved everything about this story. I couldn’t put it down as I was anxious to know what happened next. The story had several twists and I loved the characters. I highly recommend this book.

I enjoyed the aesthetic of the book, and the story between Tansy and Marcus.
I was entertained by the mystery of the dreams.

Cons:
When it came to solving the mystery, I thought there were small plot holes.

I really enjoyed the twists and turns. I continued to try and figure things out. I enjoyed the characters and really enjoy the narrator.
