I cringed from the moment Nautica met Tical! She just lied and lied, when she could have been honest but was so thirsty be with a man with status and money! She had no morals. Integrity or pride! Ain’t no way a low value dude would have me barking and sexing me! She could have told her man and he woulda dead all of that!

Interesting read!
There were minor technical audio glitches near the end of the recording and it may have been that someone else was filling in post original reading. Story was fun! Some parts were cheesy but definitely landed on the enjoyable side. Story went full circle is a nice way! Recommend for easy listening. Not for children.

Felt like Mario Puzo writing 'Scar Face'. When the details are so vividly described, it doesn't feel like fiction any long. This writer achieved this quite easily.

Good storyline bad narration
I liked this read and the story was great. But I could not get past the obvious mistakes the narrator made. In the beginning she called the character Tikal. Then she’d switch off to calling him “TiCall”. She also switched from simply calling “gunplay” “Murdock”. Then once calling Millie nautica. It kinda got confusing. But good book. Bad narrator. Can wait to read the next one.
