Truly Good Christian Fiction
I LOVE that this story recites scripture and history so frequently in the book and that the story weaves in and out of both! I loved the connections that were built between past and present. I really enjoyed this book, will seek out this author again, and will likely purchase this in hard copy as well.

Family strength
I enjoyed this book, and would be a good one to have a hard copy of because of the recipes. I liked how the notes with the recipes helped Nicki through her struggles. And I liked uncle Wes.

Amazing Story, Amazing Narrator
I don't leave a lot of reviews, but I couldn't not tell the world how much I loved this book. I had no idea what a treat I was in for! This book is its own perfect recipe with just the right amounts of truth, love, and tears-happy and sad! My heart was continually uplifted and my spirit was repeatedly convicted, in the absolute best way.
