Your company can't afford for you to not read this

I met Will Scott at a celebration with other friends and business owners. In our discussions over building and growing our businesses two individuals stood out when then said they had read Will's book and can attribute serious growth and a great business culture directly to The Culture Fix concepts they enacted after reading this book. I was intrigued, I downloaded the book immediately. After running a sales business of 25 employees and working endless hours to build it and get everyone to at least attempt to go in the same direction I can say I wish I had this book and Will's insight and mentorship to build my business the way I would have liked to see it grow. It seemed like there was a great nugget on every page that I wanted to remember and write down. The culture at your company or work is the key, if you haven't got that figured out yet or nailed it down, then this book is a must read for you as a business owner or anyone in a management or team lead position. Great book and I'm glad Will narrated it himself, it brings the book to life.

It was basic ok for entry level or junior professionals.

Didn’t hear anything new or interesting on the topic. He gave examples of clients but not enough details to understand how the culture was fixed end to end
