She never wanted come back to place where she grew up with horrible memories of cruelty of kids and life in general with Boozing dad who she felt blamed her for her mom loss and fact she was not a boy.

He thought life was great way it was till his bear lay eyes on her, boy has she grown into a hottie from bean pole he teased and bullied as kid. His bear set hits mind on her and he has prove he not mean bully she remember from childhood.

With her dad death and sleez-o-matic land grab slinking around and fire in barn, house falling about and around her. Can they find way to mend their relationship like they are house?

Or she going to do wht she wanted from beginning and wash her hand of house , town and her past?

Listen up see if Christmas can warm cold hearts mend broken souls.

Wonderful Story

I received this for an honest review. Beth Roeg did a wonderful job narrating this book

Kate Wrangler who was a beautiful curvy woman. She has been through so much in her life. Her father was not only abusive but was an alcoholic. She suffered abuse not only from her father but through school as well. Prom took the cake. That hurt her deeper then anything. She never dreamed of being back in her hometown. But after her father’s death she had to go back and settle his estate.

Logan Grant was a handsome bear shifter. He had heard that Mr. Wrangler had died and thought he would go and check on the farm. He never dreamed of running into Kate. Oh how him and his bear wanted her. Does not take him long to find out that Kate hates him. He hurt her when they were younger and she has not forgiven him.

Things get hot and heated between Logan and Kate. Kate only has plan being there for a week. Logan has plan of convincing her to stay. Will things work out between these two?

Kate thinks she is returning to sell her father's house and leave. Logan wants to prove how sorry he was about high school and how much he likes her. Missing the conclusion with the barn burner.

Absolutely Awesome

Where does The Cowbear's Christmas Shotgun Wedding rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This is definitely one of the best of my audiobooks. It has a bit of everything (i.e., Love, romance, a bad guy, some action).

What did you like best about this story?

I like how when they decided to get married how the whole family pulled together and got in done in one day instead of a number of months. The truth about her father comes out and erases the hurts of the past. Not all of them but allows the healing to begin.

What does Beth Roeg bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

She brings the characters to life. She has a great voice and does a great job of acting out the characters. She isn't choppy or short in her readings which make for a smoother story.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The moment she finds out about how her father really felt about her, she realized that she was really loved. It allowed her to release the pent up anger and hurt. The fact that Logan was there to help her the entire way and helped her understand what was going on with her father.

Any additional comments?

While listening to the story, you hear all the anger and pent up frustrations from the past come to the front and she confronts Logan on his behavior as well. She doesn't hold anything back but finds that Logan has changed over the years and whether it was growing up or his stent in the military, he has become a man that she can be proud of. Plus, he always there to protect her. Awesome story and I would like to read/hear more. You will be glad that you purchased this audiobook. It's always a joy to make the drive easier with an audiobook.

Yes, I have fully enjoyed the entire series on kindle and the audio is just as much fun.

Revisiting the past

This book is well written and very descriptive. I loved most of the characters. The storyline was beyond delicious. I received this book at my request and I am voluntarily leaving my honest review.
