Unknown Mastermind

Holmes and Sherlock are battling an unknown criminal mastermind in this part one story. Interesting story, but was a little disturbed by the way the relationship between Holmes and Watson is portrayed. Look forward to Book 2.

Good quality listen, enough twists and turns to make a Holmes enthusiast happy . A good read for anyone who likes a detective novel.

Delicious!

There is a lot going on in this book! Instead of short stories, there are inter-twined plots, delightful bits of humor and wit and the characters are full of life and interesting. There are also Easter Egg type of gems for the finding - one of the very few classical pieces I know is by Erik Satie, and he just happens to be playing piano in this story. I just love that! Was Ormond Sacker was the original Watson? and/or the 1890's pathologist in Dr. Who?
I liked this book the first time I listened to it, and much more the second time I listened to it. I am so looking forward to the next in the series!
