Helped me overcome postpartum anxiety
As a first time mom, postpartum anxiety hit hard. I found myself questioning every decision and obsessing over the most minute details related to anything that had to do with my baby. I started listening to this book and right away it helped me overcome my anxiety and fears. It had practical advice for every stage of motherhood. It’s easy to follow and straight to the point. It offers so much valuable information and helpful insights. I feel like this book has made me a better parent and I highly recommend it to anyone dealing with postpartum anxiety!

Read by a computer
This book is fantastic. My husband and I both read it in paperback. I likes it so much that I wanted to listen to it before our baby was born. I was terribly disappointed and couldn’t even listen to it because the reading was so painful to listen to. Read the book but do not listen to this!
