the narrator captured me with her story telling right away. finished it in a record time. if you love history then this is a book for you.

Fascinating Insightful
This book had me enthralled, I could not stop listening. Brilliantly written and the performance was excellent. It is a dark story and even more so because so much of must have what plantation life was like.
