Well written clear and concise how to book for becoming a better leader. If you are looking to lead a big organization or something smaller, including just yourself there are great takeaways to help you start improving.

I’m happy I spent the time to listen to this book, I’ll probably buy a hard copy so I can have it to reference throughout my leadership journey.
