The First Case

This was my first experience with this author's work, and it was entertaining. I liked the new PI, Jade Cavendish, as she was intelligent, feisty, and strong. I appreciated the wit and humor found throughout the story. I was amazed by the complexities of the case and surprised by the twisted ending. I was entertained by Leah Daniels' narration and her performance added to my enjoyment of the story. I was given a copy of the audiobook. I volunteered, without financial gain, to post this review which reflected my honest opinions regarding this audiobook.

Similar feel to the Stephanie Plum series

Cute story with humorous mishaps, and full of twists and turns. The characters are very likable and were brought to life with great narration. Would definitely check out the next book in the series.
