Smart Choice with the Narrator

Generally, you try to get a narrator as close to the author as possible in affect and sound. But in this case, because the focus was on the twenty-somethings, it made a lot more sense to have a twenty-something voice. I think a lot of people will enjoy the audiobook more than the written version. While reading it, it feels professorial, in that the person is being told what to do by a professor, which is okay, but in this reading, it's a lot better to have a peer talking to you, an intelligent peer who seems to be way above her years. The narrator was hamstrung to some extent by the passive voice in the writing, but there are definitely enough lessons to make this worth the buy.
