The book addresses how our consumptions of good such as: legumes, whole grains, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds play significant roles in longevity. Techniques related to mindfulness are also charged. Using the SMART goals approach is something that caught my interest and that i will be implementing. I also enjoyed learning about how lack of stress management influences our health and steps we can take to combat that. The ideas for learning to stay present and grounded such as specific breathing exercises, cooking and reframing offered are practical. The idea of implementing the Eisenhower Matrix caught my attention the most. Learning to discipline our behavior and learning to say know is sound advice offered. This is a guide that can help anyone understand how to put longevity into practice.
