Different

At first I wondered what was happening. Then it had me. Funny, Sad, What??? Read the book.

Good, but...

the story was pretty good the narrator was great. the writer, needs to invest in a thesaurus. I started to get distracted by the fact that she used the word queer at least 20 times. the second favorite word was vexing. there are so many other ways to say queer, strange, odd etc. a couple times she even used the word queer two times in one sentence. a good editor should have caught this. the characters weren't 100% believable, but believable enough I would recommend it for a light read but don't expect Hemingway..

It was ok

It wasn't a bad story but it did get irritating/hard to here "queer" in just about every chapter and then Pink's character.

Excellent narration!!!

This story had so much potential. Too many things left unanswered. But that narrator! Wow!

Too many colloquialisms

Slow and repetitive, sometimes entertaining and thought provoking. However, the story was often confusing without a satisfactory conclusion. Too many loose ends.

Cute Mystery

Nothing serious for us thrill readers but a cute mystery for a different kind of read. Narration was very good.

Psychological thriller meets witchcraft!

I quite enjoyed this book. I’m glad I didn’t read the reviews beforehand because it was a good read to me. It’s very confusing in the beginning but once things started falling into place, I couldn’t stop listening! I finished the book in less than 24 hours.

Couldn't get enough of this book. I thought it was a very fitting ending.
