Excellent Blueprint
Great blueprint for starting out in the business. Excellent guide for building or expanding the one person shop or the scaling a business into a franchise quality model.
Performance was not as strong as the content, but did not distract much from the overall work of the author.
The author references files which accompany the print version of the book. Those files were emailed promptly after I emailed the address mentioned in the book.
Great experience overall.

I found this to be a little too high level and wished he provided more details in some instances. I think this would be a better resource for someone with an already established business, but it’s too high level for someone just starting out.
