Wow!! Loved it

I love the storyline and the mixture of different supernatural beings. Definitely my type of genre. Storyline flowed smoothly definitely plan on reading/listening to more of his books. The narrator did a great job distinguishing the different characters with different voices. Thank you so much.

Blood Witchery!

This was a fun collection of the first eight books in Hailey's series. They could all be read individually, but I liked flowing from one right to the next. Hailey has appeared in other series, and I was happy to see prior characters having cameos in her stories, too.

It seemed like everytime Hailey turned around, she had to save the world. I've listened to a lot of stories in this same -verse now, and I worried that the storylines would be repetitive. That wasn't the case at all. Well, all the main characters have to save the world, but there are unique circumstances and characters every time, so the plots feel fresh.

The series covers years of Hailey's life and undead existence. She does a lot of growing through drama, humor, and plenty of twists. The world building fit in with the other series and had some new expansions.

Kelley Hazen narrated all the stories. Her character voices were varied and consistent from book to book. There were times I felt the performance was a bit over the top, but that didn't detract from my enjoyment while I listened. The magic sound effects were a nice touch.

Awesom

Love me some Hailey B! She is strong and intelligent with lots of humor. She knows what to do in a hard situation and always comes through for her friends. She is the perfect friend for all and the best blood witch around not to mention she is a vampire with a heart "not pumping but she has one that cares". She is a well rounded character that you will fall in love with and enjoy reading about. She has no real sire but 2 "moms" that looks after her in different situations. She has grown up fast and harnessed her powers for good though she was attempted to be used for evil she brought herself back to the good side. This blood witch vampire will really bring to life all your emotions and have you wanting more of her life brought to you. THe worldbuilding in this series is excellent and I can't say anything bad about the series. I thoroughly enjoyed reading it and then especially enjoyed listening to the audiobooks. The narrator does an exceptional jobwith the characters bringing them to life. This series is something you will thoroughly enjoy. I received this series with promotional credit but this is my honest review. You will LOVE it.

Few complaints

It's a different take on blood witches and vampires. The MC is played by the same person that does Mercy Brown and usually that would be great, except for some reason the voice for Hailey gets on my nerves from time to time because of the squeaky nature. Otherwise she is great but the volume sometimes fluctuates a little much. Storyline wise I love her confidence and unapologetic nature

Well written & enjoyable series. 🧟

Binge Worthy

A unique take on the supernatural, we follow 16 yr old Hailey, a blood witch turned vampire, and a cast of fun side characters as they get themselves into all kinds of trouble. I found the narrator's voice to be a bit grating at first but I got used to it as the stories went on. I would read/listen to more of the author's books in the future.

Great audiobook

Great audiobook I really enjoyed listening to this boxset the author is great on how well he wrote his novels and did a great job with picking the Narrator she did a great job I very much enjoyed listening to this audiobook boxset

I couldn't stand the screeching... at first.

Let's get the bad out of the way. I almost stopped listening when I heard Hailey's voice. It took me a while to get over it but, I did. The irritation never totally went away but I got "used" to it. As much as you can get used to fingernails on a chalk board.

Nastiness out of the way. When you listen to all the other characters you kind of realize Kelley Hazen is actually really good. And she has the whiney petulant teenager down cold. Hence my previously mentioned irritation and the other voices seem to match or go with the character.

Now then on to the stories.

I'm not going to be able to give a true accounting af all eight books. They are typical standard Theophilus Monroe. Great. Enjoyable. Want to keep listening or reading looking forward to more.

Each book tells a story and introduces new characters. Most if not all appear in other series. Theopilous Monroe has several great series and they all stand alone and stand very well. If you have never read/listened to any of his books before You will love them as much as you will love this one IMHO.

Each time I finish one of his books I'm eager for another. This one is no exception.

good story but the narration was not the best

The story was really interesting but it was hard to get into because I did not like the narration. I found the plot to be well detailed and the characters were relatable.

The narration however was off for me. The tones and inflections was just not the best.
