Excellent | buy the printed copy for note taking
After hearing Carrie speak at a conference, I purchased her book and listened to it on the drive home. The audiobook is read by Carrie and she adds her own twist to the content through her articulation of words and phrases.
The book is filled with nuggets and if you ever heard her in person, you will know that she puts the onus on the recipient of the information. e.g. she states that she will not tell you how she lost over 100 pounds but the fact that she controls if she loses or gains weight by what and how much goes in her mouth.
It is the same thing with our mind and attitude -
There is no doubt I will listen to it multiple times and the fact that she read it, adds great value.

A great Audio Book!
Carrie read the audio herself - that is sincerity at its max. Because she wrote the book and now she is reading it to her listeners, you feel that she is speaking to you directly and sharing with you all that she knows. The most amazing first audio book experience for me!!!
