Excellent self-development program!
Debbie takes you through her amazing deep work that she presents in an easy, gentle, loving and profound process. I understand so much more about myself in ways I've never seen before. I enjoyed her personal story, the questions and prompts she has you ask yourself to dive deep, and the peaceful meditations she guides you through. I can now move forward in the ways I've been holding myself back. I highly recommend this audio program.
