Hence, the creation of this 60 Day Challenge with at-home body-weight workouts.One of our top priorities while creating this workout program was to keep it as simple and cost-efficient as possible for you. You won’t need any equipment and all you’ll need is your body, a little bit of space, a timer, and the willingness to show up and sweat for 30 minutes or less each day.
