Good characters, believable investigations

I was invested in the story, and the layered motivation behind the crime did keep me interested

Good book series

I like the Tori Hunter books and the narrator. But the shooting scenes are extremely annoying! How many times do we have to hear bang,bang,bang and crack,crack,crack and bang,bang,bang, bang,bang over and over. Please stop it. We get it,they are shooting at each other with automatic weapons!!

A really great series

Love this series and I hope the author writes more books about Tori Hunter and Will Braddock.

It's Book 7, no need to constantly recap

I've really enjoyed this series, but I really don't think it's necessary to recap Tori's background several times in every single book.
This book seemed to really drag on. Probably my least favorite in the series.

I really enjoyed the books. Very easy read! Good series for an audio book! I hope he continues the series!

good but long

This book and the series has been good. my only issue is they're all so long! Also, it would've been nice of there had been more romance. Tori's relationship never progresses. It's definitely lacking. sad.

Another excellent Book in thisseries

Captivatingfrom the start.The who and why was a real shocker. So many different twists and turns so many different ways it could have gone real suspenseful. can't wait for the next one

very slow listen - story develops at a snail pace. Disappointing as I’ve enjoyed his other books

Least favorite of this series…I found myself looking forward to its end. Boring storyline, parts drawn out way longer than need be. Just didn’t hold my attention. Quite disappointed. Excellent narration as always!

I’ve listened to the whole series

Honestly. I don’t know why I kept listening. Other than when I’m working it’s easy to have background and the story was consistent. The character development was….. poor on a good day. Nothing surprising about any of the stories. Spent way too much money on a mediocre series. Don’t waste your money
