Useful, for the most part
For the most part, this book provided very useful ideas to systemize, automate and delegate business practices to increase the organisation of your business, tasks and activities. It could have, in fact, been shorter and more succinct which would have been more valuable. Overall, some useful ideas and an excellent list of tools at the end to help.

This is all super basic fluff
This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?
I found there is a big lack of substance in this book. It's basically a lot of fluff, and very little real "how to" information that can be applied.
